The 7th Day of Christmas brings us:

The driving force and artistic talent behind One Sweet Chickadee is stay-at-home mom and small business owner, Tory. Her journey began last year, when she discovered that her soon-to-be third child, was going to be a girl. Her only girl and the missing piece to her (almost) family of five. Overcome with excitement, Tory began searching for the perfect accessories for her little girl. However, she was gravely disappointed with the pricing and selection at most stores. In a moment of clarity, Tory decided to mesh her love of crafting, with her burgeoning love for the tiny baby growing in her belly. Armed with motherly love, a little satin, and chiffon; she made every single accessory herself.
When Tory's princess finally made her debut, she was the best dressed and accessorized baby in town! Friends and family instantly bombarded Tory with purchase orders, and One Sweet Chickadee was born.
Tory knows better than anyone that a good accessory is hard to come by. For her product line, she intermingles assorted textures and employs contrasting colors to create one-of-a-kind pieces that are at the height of fashion. To ensure durability, she only utilizes the highest quality materials and products for her headbands and hair clips. Even though her products are completely customizable, and each one could be viewed as a tiny work of art, her pricing is comparable to most accessory stores. ($5-$12)
As an avid headband wearer myself, I was pretty pumped to find out that One Sweet Chickadee makes "big people" sizes too. I told her I'd love something to accent my red Christmas dress, and she got to work handcrafting this little beauty for me...

Let me start by saying that my pictures do not do this headband any justice! The two flowers are absolutely gorgeous and silky smooth. The red flower is deliciously vibrant and contrasts beautifully with its black satin counterpart. The headband has the tiniest pop of fishnet and feather, which is just enough to give the piece that extra pizazz, without looking like one of those ostentatious snatch-hats at the royal wedding.

When I put on this headband, I totally feel like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex in the City. It is sweet and sassy, and of course, oh so fashionable.

In case you were wondering, that is a stuffed PANDA modeling the head piece, not a self-portrait. All of this blogging lately means I haven't showered in days. Trust me on this, you don't want to see that. But I digress.

I definitely recommend One Sweet Chickadee for all of your accessorizing needs! Even if I never have a little girl, I'll be her customer for life!
